REQUIREMENTS : B Degree tertiary qualification in Quality Management or equivalent. Three years
experience in Quality Management Systems (ISO9000, Six Sigma, Lean
manufacturing and continuous improvement). Knowledge: Department of Labour
and Compensation Fund objectives and business functions , Customer Service
(Batho Pele Principles), IT Operating Systems, Risk Awareness, COIDA Act,
Technical Knowledge, ISO9000 (2008) content, Principles and processes,
Business Process Management principles and processes, Lean and Six Sigma
Methodologies, Department of Labour and Compensation Fund objectives and
business functions. Skills: Required Technical Proficiency, Business Writing Skills,
Data and records management, Quality Management Skills and Lean
Methodologies, Business Process Re-engineering Skills, Service Delivery
Innovation (SDI) Skills, Project Management Skills.
DUTIES : Develop quality standards and procedures. Quality assures business processes
and systems to determine alignment to Fund Quality Management System (QMS)
requirements and conduct Quality Audits. Implement systems and processes to
address quality gaps. Communicate with internal customers and relevant
stakeholders.
