SALARY : Commencing R252 144 per annum
All inclusive R 332 814 per annum
CENTRE : Compensation Fund: Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : Three year tertiary qualification in finance or equivalent. Three to four years
experience in Finance and two years at supervisory level in a large organisation.
Experience in medical insurance industry or pension fund administration is highly
recommended. Experience in SAP and working with new technology will be
advantageous. Knowledge: Public Service, Department of Labour and
Compensation Fund business strategies and goals, Directorate / sub-directorate
goals and performance requirements, Compensation Fund Services,
Compensation Fund Value Chain and business processes, Public Service,
Department of Labour and Fund regulations, Policies and procedures, Relevant
stakeholders, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles), Fund Values, Required
IT knowledge, Fund IT Operating Systems, Technical Knowledge, DPSA
