SALARY  :  All inclusive package R771 306 per annum 
CENTRE  :  Compensation Fund: Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS  :  MBCHB  plus  Postgraduate  Diploma  in  Occupational  Health.  Six  to  eight  years
relevant  experience  in  Occupational  Health.  Knowledge:  COIDA,  Knowledge  of
social security systems, Public Service, Department of Labour and Compensation
Fund  business  strategies  and  goals,  Compensation  Fund  Value  Chain  and
business  processes,  Public  Service,  Department  of  Labour  and  Fund
Regulations, Policies and procedures, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles),
Fund  Values,  Required  IT  knowledge,  Fund  IT  Operating  Systems,  DPSA
guidelines  on  COIDA,  Technical  Knowledge.  Skills:  Relevant  Technical 43

Proficiency, Business Writing Skills, Strategic Leadership, Programme and Project
Management,  Financial  Management,  Change  Management,  Knowledge
Management,  Service  Delivery  Innovation  (SDI),  Planning  and  Organizing,
Problem  Solving  and  Analysis,  Decision  Making,  Accountability,  People
Management and Empowerment (including developing others), Client Orientation
and  Customer  Focus,  Communication,  Risk  Management  and  Corporate

DUTIES  :  Develop  the  medical  occupational  framework  for  compensation  benefits
processing.  Develop  and  manage  support  networks.  Provide  the  medical
occupation support to stakeholders. Provide strategic direction. Manage Projects
and programmes. Manage of resources  i.e. finances, human resources,  budget
etc. in accordance with the relevant prescripts.
