REQUIREMENTS : Three year degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering.
Three years Business Process Re-engineering experience. Knowledge:
Department of Labour and Compensation Fund objectives and business
functions, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles), IT Operating Systems, Risk
Awareness, COIDA Act, Technical Knowledge, ISO9000 (2008) content,
Principles and processes, Business Process Re-engineering principles and
processes, Lean Methodologies. Skills: Required Technical Proficiency, Business
Writing Skills, Data and records management, Quality Management Skills and
Lean Methodologies, Business Process Re-engineering Skills, Service Delivery
Innovation (SDI) Skills ●Project Management Skills.
DUTIES : Benchmark best-practice. Review and analyse Fund processes and systems.
Map existing and future Fund processes and systems. Facilitate the
implementation of improvement processes and systems. Implement BPR Plans.
Assist in the management of the sub-directorate.
