Permanent vacancies currently exist in the Parks, Recreation & Culture Unit within the Libraries &
Heritage department for a Principal Clerk.
Essential Requirements: Appropriate level of secondary education and Two years general
administration experience.
Preferred requirements: 3 years’ experience in spreadsheet and word processing applications and
supervision of staff. 
Duties Include: Co-ordinates and supervises the day-to-day Operations of the District Office. 
Undertakes the administrative function Responsible for the supervision of staff. Participates in
structured departmental group activities. Undertakes related departmental duties.
