Provisional Grade (subject to formal evaluation)
The above mentioned vacancy exists in the Human Resources Management Services Unit of the
Corporate and Human Resources Cluster.

Essential Qualifications: Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification. Valid motor vehicle drivers licence (Code
B) Essential Experience: 2 Years relevant experience with proven competency in the following Human
Resources functions or must have completed the eThekwini Municipality’s in-house Human Resources 
Learnership Programme: Recruitment and selection (Staff Provisioning). Training and Development. 
Grading and Remuneration. Welfare (Employee Assistance Program).  Industrial relations. Preferred: 3
Years relevant experience.
Grade 12
Essential Experience: 3 Years appropriate Human Resources experience, including but not limited to:-
Recruitment and selection (Staff Provisioning). Training and Development. Grading and Remuneration.
Welfare (Employee Assistance Program). Industrial relations. Preferred: 4 years relevant experience
Duties Include: To provide a Human Resources service to the Unit - Recruitment and Selection. 
Organisational Development Services.  Welfare and Counselling.  Industrial Relations.  Administration
and Training.
