Total Value of Remuneration Package (R424 024.00 / R533 996.00 p.a.)
Grade 14
Provisional Grade (Subject to formal evaluation)
“Benefits included in the Total Value of Remuneration Package Range (Pension; 13th Cheque; Medical
Aid; Housing Subsidy) are payable in accordance with the rules/requirements of the respective benefit
schemes and any revisions that may occur from time to time which may alter the Total Value of
Remuneration Package.  In addition other allowances may be payable (where applicable)”
A vacancy for the above post exists in the Office of Strategic Management Cluster, Organizational
Development and Change Management Unit, Management Services Department.
Qualifications Essential: Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification, i.e. Diploma or Degree. Valid motor
vehicle driver’s license (Code B). Preferred: Relevant post graduate qualification.
Experience Essential: 4 Years relevant management consultancy experience. Preferred: 6 years relevant
experience and knowledge of local government, transformation and restructuring process.  Thorough
understanding of process re-design techniques.
Duties Include: Strategic planning, Operational reviews of sections or divisions.  Staffing assessments
and method investigation of a post, a group of posts or section.  Co-ordinating projects.  Undertake
mechanization and computerization projects.  Ad hoc projects.  Keeping abreast of developments and
changes.  Grading issues.
