The above-mentioned vacancy exists in the Finance Cluster, City Fleet Unit, and Operations
Department.
Qualification (Essential): Qualified Artisan in related field. Valid motor vehicle drivers licence (Code
EC/14). PRDP. Preferred: Advanced certificate in Road Transportation.
Experience (Essential): 3 years relevant experience. Computer literacy. Preferred: 4 years relevant
experience.
Special conditions: Drivers licence EC1. Basic Computer knowledge.
Duties Include: Control Subordinate staff. Issue work and work instructions, including outside
breakdown companies. Diagnose defects on a variety of vehicles. Supervise work carried out by artisans.
Undertake special projects as required, plan leave and overtime. Test vehicles from workshop and
vehicles returning from agents. Train staff as required. Discipline subordinates.
