DUTIES
: Washing cutlery, crockery and utensils. Laying and clearing of tables.
Cleaning of dining hall areas. Assist with the offloading and packing of
victuals. Assist with the setting up and clearing tables at functions. Assist
with minor food beverages and preparations. Cleaning of work areas and equipment.__________

REQUIREMENTS
: NQF level 1 (ABET/AET L1 - 4) Ability to communicate effectively (verbal)
in English at all levels. Interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Health and
Safety. Physical strength and fitness. Knowledge of food preparing and
serving. Logical thinker. Must be able to work as part of a team. Welldisciplined,
reliable and honest. Ability to operate kitchen equipment /machinery.
