SAA is currently recruiting Cabin Crew Members to be resposible for the comfort, safety and security of customers on board.
The Incumbent of this role is responsible for the following:
- To ensure the onboard safety of our customers and provide a 5 star Customer experience on-board in line with SAA Customer Services Standards.
- To resolve all conflict and disputes for our customers on all flights.
- To assist in promoting and protecting the Corporate Brand and ensuring the company’s image is upheld.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification at NQF level 4
- Relevant diploma / degree at NQF level 5 will be an advantage
- Fluency in English is essential
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must be able to swim
- A minimum height of 1.58m required
- A maximum body mass index of 25 for Females and 28 for Males
- CCM qualified (SACAA qualification) may be an advantage
- Current and Valid medical (DD50) may be an advantage
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years commercial experience in a hospitality industry with customer value chain/operations will be an advantage
- Ensure cost containment measures are practiced on-board
- Conduct Duty Free Sales on-board in all international flights
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Planning and Organising skills
- Listening skills
- Excellent communication skills(verbal and written)
