PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Coordinates
the general accounting activities and the submission of financial statements
for Anglo American Coal South Africa (AACSA) entities.
The
incumbent will supervise, coach and train a team, enabling cohesiveness to
achieve collective and individual performance objectives. The incumbent will
implement, maintain the department strategy in accordance with GSS principles
and strategic intent based on business resource requirements.
