Supervisor
Requirements:
· Matric /
Relevant qualification
· Good
interpersonal skills
· Good
communication skills in both English and Zulu.
· Computer Literate
· Must have good
organizational ability with specific emphasis on planning, organising,
leading
and controlling.
· Supervisory
experience will be beneficial.
· Good grasp,
understanding and feel for operational dynamics in a production related
environment.
· Customer
focused mind-set.
· Report writing
skills
· Hyster
driver’s certificate will be advantageous
Key Performance Areas:
· Supervises
Pre-pack team members
· Compiles
weekly or ad-hoc reports on labour, sugar production and quality
· Carries out
Pre-pack stock takes
· Operates a
variety of pre-pack machinery from time to time
· Sugar/Product
quality awareness
· Reviews,
updates and maintains the ISO 9001.2000 QUALITY SYSTEM
· Implements and
maintains the HACCP food Safety system
· Ensure that
there is a steady supply of quality – conforming sugar products for dispatch
Candidates must reside in the Port
Shepstone or surrounding area.
