  • Must have done and passed Maths / Maths Literacy

  • Must be willing and able to attend the learnership for the proposed duration (12 months)

Before you apply for a Nedbank Bursary, please ensure that you meet the criteria below:

  • Learners who are currently in grade 12
  • Students who are registering for the first year
  • Students who are already registered with a recognised South African public university (under- or postgraduate study)

  • University entrance criteria for degree studies met
  • Applicants who did not study towards a degree after matriculating will be considered only if they matriculated in 2013 (a minimum of two years before the year to be funded)

Arup Education Trust Bursary

Overview

The Arup Education Trust’s recruitment process will opened from the 1st July 2014 to the 30th September 2014. The application form for 2014 is below, which also lists the documents required.
Applications submitted after 30th September 2014 may not be considered.

The beneficiary profile is as follows:
1.       The student must be studying towards a degree or B.Tech in the built environment
2.       The applicants must be black (as per SA BEE codes) previously disadvantaged individuals.
3.       Students at universities in Gauteng, KZN and the Eastern Cape only

Requirements:
1. The candidate must already be in tertiary or registered and accepted to start tertiary studies in 2015
2. The student’s Parents, Guardians/Sponsors should have a combined household net income of R10,000.00 or less.
3.  A good academic record is vital.
