Requirements
Applicants must be graduates in any one of the fields specified below and must be at least 18 – 35 years old.
Successful interns will be expected to sign an internship agreement.
Preference will be given to candidates with a driver’s licence.

Waiters and Waitresses Needed

We are looking for well-spoken qualified waitrons for our busy upmarket and trendy restaurant.


This position is ideal for young people wanting to supplement their incomes or full time professional waitrons.

Please note that we require staff that have at least 2 years experience in a fine dining environment or similar environment.

We will provide training but the ability to learn fast and retain information is essential.


Candidates must be presentable, friendly and have excellent communication skills.


A good knowledge of wines and cocktails would be a benefit.
